Returns
1. Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at graceshawncyembroidery&beyond.net with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
3. Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card
company to process and post the refund.
4. Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
5. Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
